I woke up this morning and just couldn't face the fanny lifter - hahaha - I've been doing the "The Firm" excersice program, and their signature prop is the "Fanny Lifter". So, this morning I popped in my "Yoga for Weight Loss" tape, not wanting to completely loose my momentum. . .
My verdict is - the Chi's have it! I feel so much better. Better than I have the last week. (The week I've really been hitting the fanny lifter.)
I'm sure there is an ancient chinese proverb that says - "it's better to have free flowing chi, than a firm fanny". "Take your fanny lifter and shove it?" "The grass is always greener far away from the fanny lifter?" Probably the first one is best.
